The House Shop is a high-end interiors brand in Malta, with a physical showroom and a Shopify storefront selling furniture, decor, lighting and outdoor pieces from designers like Georg Jensen, Louis Poulsen and Fredericia.

I ran the online channel end to end. That meant building out a large multi-brand catalogue — product setup, categorisation, pricing and how collections were merchandised across the site — and keeping inventory synced between the showroom floor and the storefront so customers never landed on something that wasn't actually available.

I also handled product content: copy, photography and spec sheets, written to match a premium brand where the buying decision is slow and considered. On a catalogue this size, consistency is what separates a store that reads as luxury from one that reads as a spreadsheet.
